For the safety of our clients, patients and staff we appreciate your patience during these changes

COVID-19 PROTOCOL

Starting June 28, 2023, Mililani Mauka Veterinary Clinic will begin implementing new changes seen below:

- Masks are optional while on Mililani Mauka Veterinary Clinic property
- Clients are not required to wear a face mask in the exam room

Checking in for an appointment
- Clients will be able to step into the clinic to check in for all appointments with receptionists
- Please call to check-in if clients or anyone in the household has been having flu-like symptoms, or tested positive for COVID-19

Curbside appointments
- Still available for clients unable to enter the clinic due to having flu-like symptoms, tested positive for COVID-19, clients with young children, and/or uncomfortable remaining inside the clinic

Scheduled veterinarian appointments
- Appointments may need to be canceled immediately and rescheduled at a later date if clients:
- Exposed to or have been in physical contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 5 days or
- Exhibit cold or flu-like symptoms in the past 5 days
(include but not limited to fever, cough, sneezing, sore throat, running nose, and body aches)
- Clients will be escorted to the appropriate exam room entrance
- Only 2 clients are allowed inside of the exam room
